This is gonna sound like Enzo's Mum wrote this but honestly -Enzo and his team are awesome! We had a Macbook motherboard fry on us and chased a few quotes before getting a recommendation for 73inc from my Dad. The other places had 2- 3day turn arounds just for the diagnostic, but 73inc had the diagnostic and a detailed quote after 2hours, and the laptop fixed and back to us the same afternoon! Communication was excellent all the way through, detailed explanations and good advice from Enzo about a cloud storage issue we had, and how to avoid the power supply issue again in the future, along with throwing in a new adapter plug to boot. My trusted HDD suddenly died off only after 5 years. Photos, videos, my work files, movies, applications, whichever the file type you can think of was included. I was frozen and shaken. After calling several companies even personally visiting them, I was reluctant that they can pull the recovery off. Then I visited 73inc. After Enzo explained to me in detail and gave some examples that how successful they are, I trusted him and handed over. He continuously kept me updated about the issues (malfunctioning disk head caused superficial scratches), progress, and no more than a week, he informed me that all my files were successfully recovered. I cannot thank him enough! Probably the best tech and the only tech I would trust in Auckland. Quite affordable as well. Thank you so much! ~ Onur M
My MacBook keyboard failed three months back, and I kept delaying taking it in for repair, I figured I would be without my laptop for days, and I use it all the time; I freelance and depend on it—a lot. I was using an external keyboard which was becoming frustrating because dongle life, so I took it into Hiren. I had a meeting down the road, and Hiren said he would have a diagnosis by the time that was over, and he did. It was 12:16 pm, and Hiren told me he had the part and could have it ready by 3 pm. And it was. I even received a discount on the cleaning service. Also, you've got to get your laptop cleaned annually. A lot of dust ends up in there. If I have issues with an of my Apple products, I know who to call. Service is triple A plus! ~ Tracey C
