This is gonna sound like Enzo's Mum wrote this but honestly -Enzo and his team are awesome! We had a Macbook motherboard fry on us and chased a few quotes before getting a recommendation for 73inc from my Dad. The other places had 2- 3day turn arounds just for the diagnostic, but 73inc had the diagnostic and a detailed quote after 2hours, and the laptop fixed and back to us the same afternoon! Communication was excellent all the way through, detailed explanations and good advice from Enzo about a cloud storage issue we had, and how to avoid the power supply issue again in the future, along with throwing in a new adapter plug to boot. Everything about 73inc was excellent - really easy to recommend. We found the price very reasonable too. Ka pai to mahi! ~ sam t

If it was possible to give a higher rating I would. Enzo was extremely professional and the communication was constant with the repairs to my laptop which needed a new logic board, and I wanted the keyboard replaced which meant the entire top case. The top case had to be sourced from overseas and when it arrived Enzo messaged me that it looked like an ex demo and sent me pictures of the case. The end result was Enzo decided to send it back and then went ahead and had the each key removed and cleaned and those which were faded replaced and the top case cleaned and touch pad replaced. When I went to pick up the laptop it looked brand new and had just been taken out of the box. I can't recommend these guys enough and will be back for any future issues I may have. ~ YT T

My MacBook keyboard failed three months back, and I kept delaying taking it in for repair, I figured I would be without my laptop for days, and I use it all the time; I freelance and depend on it—a lot. I was using an external keyboard which was becoming frustrating because dongle life, so I took it into Hiren. I had a meeting down the road, and Hiren said he would have a diagnosis by the time that was over, and he did. It was 12:16 pm, and Hiren told me he had the part and could have it ready by 3 pm. And it was. I even received a discount on the cleaning service. Also, you've got to get your laptop cleaned annually. A lot of dust ends up in there. If I have issues with an of my Apple products, I know who to call. Service is triple A plus! ~ Tracey C

My old MacBook Pro ran into some stubborn issues, and I got the team to check it out. They provided me with a clear list of pros and cons and cost efficiency breakdown on the value of repairing my 10+ year old laptop vs buying one of their ex demo/refurbished models. In the end, I decided it was time to retire my old device, and was assisted with checking out a range of suitable placement options that they have in store. Enzo and Hiren were incredibly helpful and professional. As my old device was too cost-inefficient to repair, the team offered to put my initial diagnostic fee towards the cost of a new device, which I really appreciated – they also do Afterpay for device purchases. 73inc offer data transfer, and can also dispose of your old device with e-waste. I was at my sister in law house on last Saturday for her new house warming party. I checked my work laptop on Saturday and it was working fine but after checking the laptop on Sunday it didn't turn on and I thought it was out of charge but after putting the charger it didn't show the charging light. I contacted 73inc Ponsonby branch and Enzo booked my repair request quickly and repaired my laptop within 3 hours which was very quick. But due to some family commitments I didn't get chance to pick my laptop. I called Enzo for the same and he came to my house to drop my laptop in the night which shows how much professional he is. Amazing customer service, These guys are wizards in fixing iPhone,I had a iPhone 7plus, which I had been used for 3years and few days ago my phone go dead out of blue , actually I am not worry about the phone but the data in there is very important for me and I never back it up !!! Search online found 73 inc Parnell ,I was quoted a reasonable price for Logic Board repairs . It was the best thing I did, they repair completed in a day even it is tricky to get it fixed and also offer 3 months warranties as well. Thank you guys.. I had an amazing experience at 73inc! The service was outstanding—super fast, friendly, and the staff kept me informed throughout the process. I brought my Razer Blade laptop in for a comprehensive clean, and the results actually exceeded my expectations. Not only does the laptop now look spotless, with no dust in the fans, keyboard, or heatsinks, but the performance has noticeably improved as well. The application of new thermal paste and the ultrasonic cleaning of the motherboard made a massive difference. My laptop is running so much faster and cooler! Enzo and his team at 73inc Ltd come highly recommended and are based in Grey Lynn, Auckland. My customer experience on Wednesday 23 April 2020 was professional, efficient and pricing was highly competitive. He had fixed a boot up issue, updated my firmware and loaded macOS Mojave on my IMAC which resulted in my machine now running like a dream...better than before. This is our personal family computer which is used for kids online homework and other administrative requirements. It took him under an hour to sort out all of this while I was conveniently waiting outside in my vehicle with my kids. Upon collection of my machine he had all the necessary Covid-19 decontamination requirements in place to take my payment as well providing hand sanitiser where necessary. The charge point on my Poco F2 Pro died. Pretty obscure phone model, but that didn't phase these guys. It was $149 up-front for the initial consult ,which went towards any needed repairs It's a fair a chunk of change but for me it was a simple enough fix that I was willing to go ahead with it. All up it was $230 to fix the charge port, so when I showed up I just had to pay the $81 difference and I was good to go. Also gave a 3 month part warranty. It only took them around 24 hours from the time I gave them my phone to when it was fixed and I was able to pick it up. Great service. Staff were really helpful and clear, quick to grab my details, made the experience really easy. I was using a replacement phone, so they called to confirm the fix and cost, then texted me a summary. Dealing with 73inc has been my very best business transaction ever. Every & all my questions were answered at the Posonby outlet, with much patience on the part of Plaban. Within 24hrs. I was notified by phone that my new (demo. model) desktop was ready for delivery. That very same day Plaban arrived at my home at exactly the time he said he would do & made sure I was familiar with many new aspects of the latest software. The service, all up was impressive, professional & caring. I even had more help by phone later. I came in because my Husbands Laptop wasn’t turning on. I’ve went to other stores but they said they couldn’t fix it , something told me to come to these guys & lemme tell you, they didn’t disappoint! They didn’t beat around the bush, they got straight to the point! Found out the issue & negotiated about the price to fix it, which was great & affordable. Best of both worlds! Everything turned out fine and working the same way it was before, they Gave advice how to prevent the problem from happening again. Very professional place ! Happy and satisfied with their excellent service. Went there because of the positive reviews and finally experience it myself 👍 Went to another repair shop before, was told they needed 2 days just to have my MacBook checked. So I searched for a better alternative. Got here on Friday afternoon, got my MacBook checked right away and got the recommended solutions and the quote straight away. Got the problem solved with parts upgrade and my MacBook was ready to pick up Saturday morning. Enzo is an expert, yet he explained things in a way we can understand. Offers recommendations according to what we need (this includes budget-wise). I had an incredible experience w Enzo and the team at 73inc. I will not go anywhere else again. While there I saw a pattern of customer service offered that you don't see often. Extra time, frank advice, care, and cost saving advice (for the customer) was given freely to everyone that walked through the door. They went over and above to sort my macbook in the quickest way possible. It was an older model and a tricky fix but they achieved it as quick as possible for me. I just want to say a big thanks to Enzo and the crew at 73Inc for the work that they did upgrading my late 2009 27" iMac machine. I boots up like a new machine and I know I will be able to get several more years out of it before I have shell out for new iMac. When I have taken it in to previous Mac repair shops, it usually takes a week before they get back to me only to tell me my device is too old to fix. Enzo has always responded the same day and provided a course of action that was both affordable and got me my machine back in my hands quickly. Awesome, honest & affordable services! My MacBook had been broken for over 18 months as every IT place I had called to try fix it kept quoting me ridiculous prices over $1500 or they would recommend me to buy a brand new laptop (assuming they knew what the problems were which they didn’t). My MacBook device would turn on but the screen would remain pitch black. I kept getting the advice that I needed a new MacBook screen which wasn’t the case at all when I had finally come across 73inc Limited. Best Apple reseller and repair shop ever If you need anything repaired or just wanting a refurbished upgrade or even just to learn more about Apple, go see Enzo and Michelle Enzo provided me with great details when I was purchasing a MacBook and gave me the basics of what I needed the Mac for in regards to the M1 vs M2 chip. Gave the Mac I bought a full inspection and opened up the hardware to make sure everything was working properly. Showed me the battery cycles the Mac had gone through as well as steps to keep my battery lasting longer as we all know Apple batteries turn to shit after a year or two lol. Very good experience with 73inc for a MacBook Pro screen replacement. The team has been very nice, quick and efficient. The screen was first replaced in 24h. Once I brought the laptop back home I noticed an issue with the manufacturer's screen (despite checking at the store). I contacted the team who came to my place to pickup the laptop. The screen has been replaced a second time, free of charge and was ready to pickup the following day. Overall, I had a brand new screen extremely quickly (48h). The operation was not cheap but considering the quality and speed of the work and support, definitely worth it. I will definitely come back and highly recommend 🙂 ~ Ludovic P

Excellent service. Honestly above and beyond what was necessary. Some back story: I had a 2016 - 15in MacBook pro logic board die just as the warranty expired. I went to an authorized /recommended repair store from apple and they quoted it as a $2100 for the logic board due to it being out of warranty. I wanted to check with a third party to compare price differences. And I’m glad I did. 73 inc quoted me a logic board replacement that was hundreds less than the official store. When I went to pick up the laptop I was surprised yet again. Not only at the lower cost of the repair but they provided me with a logic board replacement better than was initially agreed upon for no additional cost. Hands down the best service I have ever received from a computer repair store. Enzo and the team were nothing but welcoming and friendly the moment I stepped through the door. I had a problem needing fixing urgently and not only did they work til late at night to fix it, they also diagnosed another problem I was unaware of and were able to fix that for me too at no extra charge. They kept me updated every step of the way! I gave them a computer that kept crashing and within 24 hours I had it back in my hands, fully repaired plus some. A paragon of good service. In a Kramer moment, I spilled an almond milk latte on my MacBook. 73inc answered the phone on the second ring and told me they’d do a free diagnosis. I dropped it off and within an hour was emailed a reference ticket. An hour after that I got a call explaining everything clearly. The full price including labor and GST was quoted in advance before work began. They added that they have a “If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay” policy. But fix it they did and I picked it up the next day at noon at their nice, central and easy-to-find workshop in Ponsonby. This is now my go-to place for Apple product repairs. ~ Ben M
